Red Rainbow – the colour of love, passion and Gryffindor house. Not for the faint of heart but for the bold, it’s a great choice for a stand out wedding. Especially popular in winter and autumn, berry hues and fiery reds will set your big day alight.
Real Wedding – Rachel & Kyle
Rachel’s bridesmaids looked stunning in deep berry red with fur stoles to keep away the November chill.
The matching shoes, personalised favours and bouquets were showcased in this gorgeous shot by Studio Lester.
Kyle and his groomsmen managed to look dapper whilst goofing around with red ties and buttonholes.
The ever talented Kathrine at Fleur Adamo supplied the arrangements for Rachel and Kyle. Let’s have a look at more of Kathrine’s creations in red, courtesy of Roth Read Photography…
For a more unique or alternative bridal bouquet, reds definitely add a sense of drama as Kathrine demonstrates here.
Red doesn’t have to be in your face though. For winter weddings, dark red leaves, dried red pepper and ribbon give a subtle splash of colour.
Red lipstick and food add a brilliant pop for understated, chic colour schemes.

And ok, this isn’t strictly red, but the stunning fuchsia used in the shoot by Vivienne Edge Photography was so lively and refreshing, I had to include it!
Doesn’t a tree that fabulous make it extra Christmassy?! Check out the blog showcasing the ghd Christmas product launch here.
