Following the summer of results for many students out there here are 3 A* weddings filled with hard work, meticulous planning and flawless delivery…everything that’s needed to be at the top of the class!
The following three weddings are like peas in a pod and I firmly believe if we gather all of these amazing couples in a pub for some beverages, they would get along like a house on fire!
Taking Thicket Priory for the entirety of a weekend, checking in on Friday afternoon, checking out on Sunday morning is the best way to do it.
Emily & Josh AKA. Mr & Mrs Waite – 30th April, 2022
Emily & Josh have the vibes of walking straight out of a Chanel advert and we cannot get enough of their wedding photos and video! Bravo to the wonderful Carla & Freya for capturing the pure beauty of this wedding so there are memories to treasure forever!
Emily & Josh chose to host their legal ceremony the morning of the wedding, meaning the gorgeous Emily had a wedding suit and a wedding dress!! Winning! Before hair and make-up was completed there was a small intimate ceremony held with just their parents in our beautiful appointed Jefferson Room, licensed for weddings. Emily rocked it in a trouser suit, looking sleek, stylish and confident, we loved this!
Now is when the Buckingham Suite comes into it’s own, providing the perfect space to get ready with your bridal team. Natural light, mirrors galore and plenty of space to feel relaxed and pampered by your ‘prep team’. We don’t just look after our bride’s here at Thicket Priory, we have two master suits, so Josh was able to get ready in style too! Having two master suites is the perfect way for Thicket Priory to be inclusive and ensure that both parties have the luxury setting when getting ready for their big day. Inclusive for all the LGTBQ+ community.

Introducing the ma & pa of this gorgeous four-legged guest are Ollie & Chloe. It’s safe to say the smile on Manni’s face resonated throughout the whole wedding celebrations of Easter 2023. Fun was part of every aspect of their plans and they could not have been more suited to the style of wedding we host at Thicket Priory. We can be as formal or relaxed as you like, or a combination of both, ensuring your guests feel at home, but also organised and relaxed knowing they will be where they need to be at every point of the weekend. From dining, to speeches, to dancing and the iconic photographs…everything was stress free and enjoyable for everyone!

Holly & Callum AKA. Mr & Mrs Stoddart – 22nd July 2023
Admittedly after following our Instagram for many moons in the run up to their wedding and during our planning meetings, Holly & Callum confessed to admiring the weddings of both Emily & Josh, and Chloe & Ollie, so naturally where there was expertise to be take from wonderful A* weddings of the past, they were quick to follow in suit. From suppliers and styling to photography and flowers, the ‘Top of the Class Team’ assembled and produced yet another stunning wedding weekend, blowing our socks off yet again!
