We are now in our fourth month back open since lockdown lifted and every day has felt like pure magic! We have shared so much love and laughter with each of our couples whilst ensuring that they have had their perfect day here with us.
In this week’s post, we are throwing it back to one of our favourite photoshoots that we had this Summer…
It was a delight and a privilege to be a part of this shoot which was dreamed up by Catherine and Heidi. Striving to inspire, at its very heart was celebrating inclusivity and real love within the wedding industry. Bringing together a group of talented suppliers in order to capture the importance of acceptance, being seen and not being judged for who you love.
Char and Grace’s love, respect, and care for each other was enchanting; the atmosphere throughout the shoot was electric as they danced together around our Ballroom and Gardens.
The colours and styling for the shoot was inspired by Jo Malone’s iconic fragrance Pomegranate Noir, the vibrant jewel tones together with the blush pinks created a whimsical aesthetic. The soft tones perfectly complemented the rich pops of turquoise and purple that we have throughout our interior décor. The bridalwear styling was fairylike and embraced natural hair and beauty in its rawest form.
We welcome all couples to Thicket Priory in order to celebrate their love. Regardless of gender or race; love is love and that is what we are here to celebrate!
Here at Thicket Priory, inclusivity is very important to us. We want to ensure that every couple feels welcome from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. We have two beautiful master suites (The Buckingham and The Vasasour) which both offer stunning garden views and provide the perfect setting for every couple to relax and get ready before their ceremony.
We are very conscious that there are two special people on every wedding day; whether that be a bride and groom, two brides or two grooms!
